Core responsibilities:
- Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand HVAC needs
- Evaluate existing heating and cooling systems
- Recommend appropriate HVAC solutions based on comfort, efficiency, and budget
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and financing options
- Explain equipment, warranties, maintenance, and installation processes
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
- Coordinate with installation and service teams
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Represent Brozwood professionally and provide excellent customer service

HVAC Comfort Advisor / Sales Associate — Responsible for meeting with customers, assessing their heating and cooling needs, recommending HVAC solutions, preparing estimates, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial consultation through installation. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, product knowledge, and a customer-first approach.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
